The role
You will craft the buildings and landmarks that make the digital Earth feel real: modelling, texturing and optimising assets that run smoothly in the browser and in AR. Your work is what owners actually see.
What you'll do
- Model and texture landmarks, buildings and voxel assets.
- Optimise geometry and materials for real-time web and mobile AR.
- Build and maintain asset pipelines and a consistent visual style.
- Partner with engineering to get assets game-engine ready.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in 3D art for real-time engines or games.
- Strong with Blender or Maya, plus texturing and PBR workflows.
- A real grasp of poly budgets, LODs and draw-call optimisation.
- A portfolio that shows both craft and technical discipline.
Nice to have
- Voxel art, procedural modelling or architectural visualisation.
- Experience exporting to Unity, three.js or glTF pipelines.
