The role
You will be the voice of EarthMeta where owners actually live: X, Telegram and Discord. You keep the community informed, engaged and heard, and you turn product moments into momentum.
What you'll do
- Own daily presence across X, Telegram and Discord.
- Plan and run campaigns, AMAs, drops and community moments.
- Moderate, support owners and surface their feedback to the team.
- Track sentiment and report what the community is telling us.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years running social or community for a crypto or consumer brand.
- Native-level English and a sharp, on-brand writing voice.
- Calm under pressure: you handle a busy community with judgement.
- You live online and understand crypto culture from the inside.
Nice to have
- Design or short-form video skills for quick content.
- Experience growing a Telegram or Discord from scratch.
