The role
You will shape how owners, governors and presidents experience EarthMeta, from the governor dashboard to the mobile companion and the marketplace. You own the full arc: research, flows, high-fidelity UI and the hand-off to engineering.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end flows for the governor dashboard, city analytics and marketplace.
- Turn complex on-chain data into clear, confident interfaces.
- Maintain and extend the design system alongside the rest of the design squad.
- Prototype, test with real owners, and iterate quickly.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in product design with a portfolio of shipped, data-dense products.
- Mastery of Figma, design systems and interaction/motion fundamentals.
- You can defend a decision with reasoning, not just taste.
- Comfortable designing for web and mobile in parallel.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for crypto, fintech, dashboards or maps.
- Light front-end literacy (you can read a component and talk to engineers in their terms).
